These include our new portal measuring device, which has a precise probe system and thus guarantees high-speed measurement results with the highest accuracy. The portal measuring device also has an optical sensor (line scan) for recording the surface of forms and for comparing existing target CAD data sets.
In the areas of mold and tool making and with touch-sensitive or finely structured surfaces, the optical sensor Line Scan achieves optimal results.

New cleaning system for highest requirements
Especially for the medicine technical segment hygienic cleanness is of great importance. A 3-level-compact-cleaning system was put into operation to enable perfectly cleaned precision parts. The system consists of: Ultrasound-Power-Stream, flushing system and drying system. Only eco-friendly water-based cleaning media is being used.
