CNC milling of complex parts

A total of eight 4-axes and 5-axes machining centres are available for the realization of your ideas, desires and concepts. The maximum workpiece size is 800 x 600 x 600 mm. To achieve an optimal utilisation of machine capacity for complex workpieces, and be able to supply larger volumes on time, our CNC machining centres are equipped with palette changing systems for 5 to 40 palettes and up to 120 tool stations.

New machines and robot

Automation is a mega trend in modern processing. Also in our company the processing capacity was massively increased. Two 5-axes milling machines with robot cell and palette changing system were installed. Due to this automation the production over night and during weekend is possible without any personell. This increases our productivity and competitiveness massively.
